  • Web Design Service

    By using our web design services you agree to let us use a screen shot and/or link to your website for our portfolio. All design projects are generally completed in 5 - 7 days and you can request a 100% refund if you are not satisfied. Refunds are granted withing 24 hours after your project is completed, after 24 hours no refunds will be granted.

  • Templates

    We only design HTML, CSS & XHTML templates, we DO NOT design flash templates at this time. Refunds ARE NOT granted on premium templates because they are your property & you'll already have the file prior to the start of your project.

  • Email Policy

    The majority of our communications are handled through email's & all messages are promptly responded to within 24 hrs. Please be sure to CHECK YOUR EMAILS DAILY during your design project. You will not receive any spam mail from us but may receive limited updates on our services. You can opt out of our updates at any time.

  • Privacy Policy

    We collect your name, email address or phone number for communication purposes ONLY, in order to complete your project. Your information WILL NEVER BE SOLD OR SHARED with any outside / third parties. All billing information is handled securely through PayPal.

  • Retainer Service

    Your subscription will automatically renew on the same date each month. You can request a 100% refund within 24 hours of each new billing cycle. After 24 hours no refunds will be granted & you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Terms of Service

Your continuing use of WebSolutions4all Web Design services are subject to the following terms and conditions of service. WebSolutions4all Web Designs reserves the right to update and change the terms at any time. The most current version of the terms will be available on our website. A violation of any of the terms may result in termination of your services.

By using our services you agree not to use any of the designs in a vulgar, hateful or offensive manner. Understand that all materials & content are the sole responsibility of the customer once rendered & in no way, under no circumstances will WebSolutions4all Web Designs be held liable for how they are used.
